POLICY STATEMENT

All photographers involved should be aware that they retain copyright on the photographs they submit. Please ensure that you own the copyright to your submissions.

We would like to retain the right to show your photos as part or whole of THE LONDON PHOTO-DOCUMENT 1999, now or in the future. All participants should acknowledge this.

It should also be acknowledged that we seek to promote their photographs, that money might be involved at some point and that to the very best of our ability we will never knowingly cheat or allow to be cheated anyone out of artistic credit where artistic credit refers to the copyright and rights of the person or persons who took the photograph(s) and to the very best of our ability we will never knowingly cheat or allow to be cheated anyone out of money.

This we hope will be a collective effort. We hope we can run it collectively, co-operatively and with a minimum of rancour.
